ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the accounts department.
  • Responsible to prepare/ review the financial report for internal and external reference and circulation.
  • Responsible to prepare and perform monthly variance analysis on all expenses against the budget.
  • Responsible on preparing, checking and monitoring of all payment issued – on the compliance of internal control procedure and accounting policy.
  • To monitor bank balance / cash flow position and fund placement.
  • To monitor / prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
  • Liaise with Head Office, Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters.
  • Responsible/ assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget/ projection and performance target.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Equivalent in Accounting
  • At least 3 years working experience in property development or related industry and able in handling full set of accounts
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good team player, organising skill, resourceful and result oriented.
  • Knowledge of Accounting standards and internal control policy & procedure and computer literate.
  • Good oral and written English.
  • Self-independent with good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, positive attitude and able to interact with colleagues and management.
