JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • To handle, prepare and attend all land matters from acquisition of land, purchasing of land, alienation of land, conversion or subdivision or amalgamation of land, surrender whole or part of land, submission and preparing the issuance of separate individual titles.
  • To attend any land application or land acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline, candidate graduate in Town Planning will be advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in property development
  • Preference shall be given to those with good working knowledge and experience in Government Liaison
  • Self-driven, detailed and meticulous, possess high degree of initiative and integrity
  • A well-rounded team player
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
